Saying he awaits Jacovacci's decision whether Pacini's new opera Gianni di Nisida will be performed that season, that since the premiè€re of [Verdi's] Un ballo in maschera will be on the 21st the rehearsals for his new opera could begin the following Tuesday, adding that if Gianni is performed he should give the prima donna role to Ortolani Brignati, and that Bettini, Coletti, and the others are extremely pleased with their parts, etc.
